Currently we have three products at variable stages of R&D stage.

 

To address Econovate’ aims to provide the market with a product that will help reduce the housing deficit that currently exists in many countries of the world. We are proposing to address this issue by developing pre-fabricated materials such as Wall panels and blocks with added value. This would be great improvement in its thermal and sound performance.  Also our aim is to reach the affordable housing market by having a high quality but affordable prices products. The product has an environmental sustainable profile by being design from waste diverted from landfills.

 

Walls are the biggest source of heat loss in a house or public building. This is the reason we have concentrated our R&D resources in these components. We began developing only wall panels however is an ambitious project and will take longer to achieve the proposed initial product. Meanwhile we decided to develop a sub product from the panel that will achieve similar objectives but within the known technology. This will build our case for the use of the papercrete and once the wall panels are, certify we would already have exemplary buildings with papercrete. The wall panels would be an improved, easier and faster to build product than the blocks.

Is a product choice for the UK. These blocks are developed with one of the main waste available in England, paper.  These blocks will be in production for commercialisation by 2011.

Madecret-Blocks

   Is a product choice, initially for Argentina. These blocks are developed with the main waste available in the region, sawdust. These blocks will be for commercialisation by 2010.
